Whether or not you've played rugby before, you'll find North Shore RFC to be a club with a lot to offer you. For players with experience, you'll be joining a competitive club with a great core of players, coaches and supporters. We play in NERFU Division III which is a few steps down from the biggest clubs, but still provides intense competition every week.
We have a mixture of long-time ruggers and new players in our club. If you're new to the game and you'd like to check it out, we can show you the basics in practice and let you get some experience in B-side games. We're also willing to answer any questions you might have about rugby in general and anything you might've heard about it. If you' the literate sort, perusing the official IRB rules, or our detailed positions guide may help, too.
